A community hall and open event deck in Hills Township, Goa, shaped as a continuous landscape pavilion. A wide-span roof plate floats over transparent public rooms, circulation ribbons through the volume, and shaded edges extend the hall into the garden—creating an airy, climate-responsive gathering space defined by daylight, cross-ventilation, and a calm, open civic atmosphere.
