A cluster of luxury hill cottages in Hills Township, Goa shaped as a stepped landscape retreat. Sloping roof planes anchor each villa to the terrain, private decks project into the canopy, and full-height glazing frames valley views while filtering soft daylight—creating quiet, resort-style living with warm material layers, shaded outdoor rooms, and a seamless indoor–outdoor flow.
